STRADA GRILL is an American style family owned and operated restaurant that fuses the delicious taste of American cuisine with the exciting techniques of our Executive Chef Carmine Vurchio. Specialties include The Ducati Melt – Thinly Sliced House Roast w/Frizzled Onions Roasted Red Peppers our specialty Strada Sauce w/Mozzarella or your choice of cheese on a plain or seeded garlic bread hero, Gnocchi Fries w/Strada Jam, Eggplant Chips w/Strada Jam & Strada Sauce, Mac-Bowls, Oat Bowls both Savory & Sweet +Plus our amazing churro style Panigale Bites with so much more to come!

Our Executive Chef (Carmine Vurchio) has 14+ years of experience in the culinary industry throughout the country working for world renowned chefs at places like Mesa Grill, Major League Baseball (MLB) Network & NBC Studios with FLIK (Independent School Dining & International Catering)
